幼児教育・保育英語検定（幼保英語検定）について

幼保英語検定は、幼児教育や保育の現場における国際化・グローバル化に対応できる実践的な英語力を育成・評価するための検定です。全国の幼稚園・保育園、また、幼稚園教諭・保育士養成課程を有する大学・短大・専門学校と連携しながら、保育現場で必要とされる英語での実践力を高めることを目的としています。

とりわけ、幼児期において使われる「言葉」の質は、その子の発達に大きな影響を与えます。検定では、そうした“言葉の質”にも重きを置き、丁寧な表現と豊かな語彙を身につけることを目指します。

また、英語圏をはじめとする諸外国の乳幼児教育に関する知見や研究成果を日本に紹介し、教育の質の向上に貢献する活動にも積極的に取り組んでいます。

幼保英語検定の特徴
